This set of Nico convention photos was actually shot at NiCE2. It happened to be my period that day, so I didn't have much energy. Plus, Taipei was too far, and I was too lazy to bring the original weapon props up, so the suitcase actually contained Wudong's gyro box. Surprisingly, holding it in hand fit the character's vibe quite well. Some friends asked me why I paired this leather jacket and shorts look with Stockings. Actually, it's mainly because the black area of the overall costume is quite large, and adding Stockings and leg rings can make the lower body's visual layering richer, avoiding it looking too monotonous.

The wig is bright pink twin-tails, which took quite a lot of time to trim and style. The headpiece part uses black bows to create a beast-ear-like effect. The details of the forehead decoration and yellow earrings also tried to restore the official design style as much as possible. Makeup mainly emphasizes eye makeup and blue contact lenses, matching the overall cool-toned shooting environment. The outerwear is a black short leather jacket with an off-the-shoulder design, white splicing on the cuffs, and a red circular logo on the side of the right arm, paired with a white-base black-striped crop top underneath, bringing out the overall techwear style. The pants are black leather shorts with white plush trimming; the waist straps and golden buckles needed to be adjusted to a proper tightness, otherwise they'd easily slide down during large movements. The green plush doll bag hanging at the waist is actually quite heavy, with stitching and red dot details on it, serving as the brightest color accent in the whole outfit.

The shooting environment that day was indoors with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. It just happened to be raining outside, and the water droplets on the glass combined with the city landscape outside formed a very natural background. Because natural light was mixed with indoor cool-toned light sources, to highlight the leather's material reflection, the photographer found many side and backlighting angles. The shot where I step on the suitcase and lift my leg actually required keeping my core constantly tightened to stabilize my center of gravity. Poses like crossing arms or placing one hand on the waist better showcased the shoulder-neck lines and waist curves. The action of reaching towards the camera was mainly to add a bit of interactivity to the frame.

Nicole's character temperament is quite special—she possesses both a hint of sly playfulness and the competence belonging to a street style. During the shoot, I tried to make some subtle controls in expressions, like slightly raising my eyebrows or wearing a confident smile at the corners of my mouth, rather than just keeping a cold face. Although my physical condition wasn't great that day and I occasionally felt tired when changing poses, seeing the leather's texture and light-shadow transitions in the final photos made it all worth it. Special thanks to the three photography teachers for their patient guidance and shooting that day; without them helping find angles and adjust lighting, this set of photos would probably be hard to present in its current effect. There are simply too many details to this styling; just sorting out the waist belts and leg straps took a lot of effort, but being able to bring this character to life made the process really interesting.
