[Chisa cosplay] Chimelong Water Park Summer Wuthering Waves Journey

Chisa's swimsuit styling has finally come to life at the water park. In terms of wardrobe, the halter-neck top featuring pink-and-white gingham layered over a bright pink inner lining offers rich visual dimension. For headwear, a white beret paired with a lace headband and choker creates a sweet coastal maiden aesthetic. The red colored contact lenses were the finishing touch; to align my gaze closely with the character concept, I deepened the red eyeshadow blending along the outer corners of my eyes to make them look more expressive. The lace arm cuffs and colorful beaded bracelet were all carefully prepared in advance, striving to capture every detail faithfully.

Shooting at Chimelong Water Park provided water rides and metallic railings that injected a genuine touch of life and summer atmosphere into the backdrop. The yellow swim ring was a prop sourced on-site; the contrast between vivid yellow and pink clothing popped wonderfully on camera. To capture the most natural states, the photographer and I communicated extensively about posing. The seated posture in Photo 1 was designed to flatter bodily curves, crossing the legs to visually elongate proportions. The kneeling pose in Photo 3 posed a bit of a challenge—the ground was scorching hot and scraped my knees somewhat red, but I gritted my teeth to hold through for the shot. Hand placements required mindfulness as well; for instance, when resting against the swim ring, fingers stayed relaxed to project effortless grace.

The sunlight that day was intense, and overhead lighting is notoriously tricky to work with. We repeatedly experimented under shaded spots and slight backlighting, using reflectors to soften facial shadows. In post-production color grading, I preserved the ambient brightness to keep the overall palette leaning toward a fresh, sweet style. The lightweight fabric easily picked up moisture around the water park, requiring extra care when moving about to prevent slips or dirt. As for the hair, styled in long straight black locks with blunt bangs, the scorching weather demanded plenty of holding spray to keep its layers neat and faithful to the design. Waterproof makeup was essential since water splashes could happen anytime, so waterproof bases and eye products kept my look flawless throughout the session.

The whole process was exhausting—constantly touching up makeup, rearranging clothing, and minding the gazes of park visitors. Yet seeing the raw previews in the camera made every bit of effort worthwhile. Though airy, this styling holds abundant accessories requiring patience to put on and adjust. Between takes, I observed other parkgoers enjoying their day, weaving that relaxed summer mood into my photos. I love the color coordination of this look; the pink palette created a lovely visual harmony against the water park's blue backdrops.
