This time I cosplayed Misaki from Blue Archive. The tailoring of the Qipao and its golden dragon embroidery are demanding on body proportions, while the high slit and backless cut were faithfully restored with precision. During shooting, we specifically chose a pure white Photography studio to let the deep navy fabric and golden embroidery stand out prominently. I prepared several props—alternating between a kiseru pipe, a folding fan, and the red-and-black firearm accessory—each prop subtly shifting the character's demeanor. The hairstyle featured an asymmetrical updo with a long side ponytail, crowned by a butterfly hair ornament as the perfect visual accent. The makeup remained relatively soft, yet the gaze needed to carry that poised, unflappable authority. The shoot went exceptionally smoothly, with assistants adjusting the lighting to bring out radiant skin tones and rich fabric textures. The greatest joy of doing Anime cosplay is recreating the nuanced details of a beloved character; from garment textiles to prop finishes, every effort was made to achieve perfection.
