[Liberalio cosplay] Goddess of Victory: Nikke: Cyberpunk-Style Photoshoot

Today, I wrapped up the Liberalio cosplay shoot at @Taotao Studio. Originating from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, this character design is steeped in futuristic high-tech sensibilities. To accentuate that cyberpunk aura, we devoted considerable care to environmental set design. The primary staging incorporated a dense stack of vintage CRT monitors glowing with blue screens and static snow, thick blue industrial cables coiled across the floor, and translucent jellyfish-shaped floating props to evoke a striking collision between digital ruins and deep-sea abyssal elements.

The garment details are extraordinarily intricate. The core piece is a tailored white bodysuit coated in a pearlescent holographic sheen that refracts pastel lavender and cyan specular highlights beneath cool studio keys, resonating seamlessly with a futurist aesthetic. Across the chest, purple criss-cross straps link into a metallic insignia bearing an eye motif. The wide choker around the neck is crafted from holographic film, yielding brilliant reflective flare. On the lower half, semi-sheer white tights printed with vertical cyan typographic glyphs flow into pristine white stiletto heels, visually elongating the leg lines to dramatic effect. A delicate white lace hair accessory perches on the crown to soften the cold, hard metallic accents.

The wig was styled into pale lavender twintails, with the bangs and temple contours carefully calibrated to frame my facial structure. For cosmetics, the focus centered on deep crimson eyeshadow blending, which, combined with scarlet contact lenses, established the eyes as piercing focal points within the cold-toned ambient scene. Posing presented a particular challenge with the voluminous swathes of translucent white draping: to introduce kinetic levity, arm positions were constantly shifted while floor fans lofted the fabric, all while maintaining disciplined, unflinching facial neutrality. Through close collaboration with the lighting technician at @Taotao Studio, we established a cold key light complemented by phosphorescent glow spill from the CRT screens for localized accents, capturing that distinctive, layered cyberpunk chiaroscuro. Though physically and mentally demanding, seeing that twilight, digital-abyss mood materialize on screen made every second worthwhile—I hope everyone feels the visual tension where Retro tech style meets future cybernetics.
