Preparing for this Genshin Impact Marionette (Sandrone) cosplay photo shoot centered heavily around honoring the intricate layering of the ensemble and crafting an evocative atmosphere. The garment boasts a wealth of ornate details: a high-neck black choker pairs with a white bandeau bodice, adorned with crimson gemstones along the collar and waistline. The skirt required the most meticulous handling, featuring a white gold-trimmed apron hem over undulating orange-yellow ruffled flounces, supported by a structured black underskirt in cascading tiers. To complement the silhouette, I wore a flaxen pale-blonde long straight wig with piercing bright-blue contact lenses, diffusing subtle reddish-pink eyeshadow across the lids to evoke the detached, doll-like aura of the Marionette.

The studio featured an atmospheric vintage interior. Deep teal wall paneling contrasted sharply against heavy crimson velvet drapery, while a wine-red Chesterfield sofa and gilded classical oil paintings infused the space with opulent antiquarian charm. Maintaining the wig required continuous combing between takes to preserve neat blunt bangs and smooth face-framing hime cuts. The bright blue lenses produced crisp specular highlights under studio lamps, demanding disciplined ocular focus to project a detached, doll-like intensity. Vintage background elements like the paintings and clockwork quietly deepened the narrative weight, transforming the shoot into an immersive spatial tableau rather than a mere costume showcase. When perfecting seated postures, I experimented with leg angles to organically flatter the texture of the White stockings and strap detailing on the footwear.
