[Tsukishiro Yanagi cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero Costume Fitting — Big Sister Vibe Styling for a Pear-Shaped Body

The waist-cinching effect for a pear-shaped body truly exceeded my expectations; this combination of a white shirt and black mini skirt handles the waist and abdominal area remarkably well. The top is a basic pure white collared shirt with a structured, crisp collar design, accented by a broad black ribbon tie that elevates the visual center of gravity and prevents the look from feeling plain. The highlight is the waist cinching—even with two layers of leather belts layered with multiple square metal clasps and circular buckles, it creates a clean visual break that locks the waistline firmly at its slimmest point, which is incredibly practical and flattering for a pear-shaped body.

The black skirt on the lower half uses a fabric with substantial weight; button accents along the hemline add a subtle techwear feel, while the structured fabric nicely flatters the hip line. To complement this outfit, I chose to wear a black tights outfit for a smooth transition. I was originally worried that the multi-layered corset belts around the waist and abdomen would be uncomfortably tight, but once worn, the supportive structure distributed pressure evenly without excessively compressing, preserving fidelity to the character while leaving ample room for movement.

To perfectly capture that mature big sister vibe described in the post, I experimented with 9cm sky-high heels and prosthetic breast forms. The breast forms filled out the upper silhouette, allowing the white shirt to drape more fully; paired with the ribbon tie and black fingerless gloves, the visual power and mature allure were immediately maximized. The 9cm high heels were indeed a test of balance—especially when standing in place for photos, putting noticeable strain on my heels and calves that ached after prolonged standing. But for the sake of an upright, poised posture and elongated leg proportions on camera, enduring that strain was totally worth it.

The outfit also features plenty of accessories: the greyish-green ribbon draped from the right shoulder and the black plush animal charm with white speckles add lively accents to the predominantly monochrome look. The transparent ID badge holder at the hip is another key detail, printed with barcode-like patterns and typography that match the professional workplace aesthetic. Framed against the wooden door background, this bold combination of black and white is not only crisp and clean, but also commands a powerful presence.

Once fully suited up, one's posture naturally transforms. With the elevated center of gravity, the back straightens up unconsciously—not merely a physical shift, but an embodied body language demanded by the character's temperament. The broad black tie at the collar accentuates fair skin at the neck, and with the gloves covering the hands, minimizing exposed skin only makes the look feel more elegant and formal.

Although pulling together this getup took quite a bit of time—from cinching the belts and balancing on high heels to adjusting every charm—making for a physically demanding session, the final character fidelity left me thoroughly satisfied. This well-cinched bottom styling is indeed a great solution for pear-shaped body styling in Tsukishiro Yanagi cosplay.
