Thank you all so much for the unexpected attention after I posted my fitting and lighting test at home. Since this is just an initial costume trial and the makeup details and props haven't been finely polished yet, I'd like to apologize for being OOC to those who are looking forward to the perfect final photos.

The visual focus of this look lies in the light aqua-blue braided wig, the loose top with overlapping white gauze, and the heavily resort-style beaded headpiece and anklets. The drape of the outer white gauze is excellent, presenting natural wrinkle textures whether standing or sitting. Worth mentioning is the golden metal armor on my legs; it has an amazing gloss, and though it covers a large area, fixing the straps was quite a challenge to adjust. To prevent it from folding or bending when walking or sitting down, I tied it four or five times and even adjusted the internal silicone non-slip pads before finally confirming that it fit the curve of my legs naturally enough.

Regarding the prop, the colorful simulated bird in my hand creates a striking visual contrast against the overall cool tones, looking exceptionally vivid against the large background of white. This is my favorite finishing touch before applying makeup. Since the character is designed to be barefoot, to keep the foot lines natural, I deliberately paid attention to the angle between my toes and the ground during shooting to avoid distortion under the wide-angle lens stretch.

Mirror selfies are quite challenging and really test your sense of space. The sitting composition in Figure 3 is my personal favorite because it perfectly hides my face above the chin behind the phone, naturally shifting the visual center down to the necklace on my neck, the waist details, and the metal armor on my legs. Moreover, the texture of the wooden floor and the modernity of the kitchen cabinets create a strange sense of incongruity with this outfit full of fantasy island elements, which surprisingly gives off an ethereal vibe of casual mixing and matching.

I originally planned to shoot the official photos against an island background in a while. Although I'm currently testing the lights in the kitchen, I can already envision the light and shadow effects of this outfit under natural light. Since the makeup hasn't been finalized yet, these photos are mostly used to calibrate whether the wig color blends with my skin tone, and to see the overall contrast of light and dark with the beaded accessories on my body. When editing, I didn't over-retouch; I kept some suspended particles in the air and dust on the mirror, hoping to present the most authentic state of the costume fitting.

The preparation process for every cosplay outfit is inseparable from obsessing over details—from fabric drape and the flow of wig strands to the edge-grinding of metal accessories, all are important parts that constitute the final immersive image. This fitting not only made me more familiar with how to move in this outfit but also gave me more confidence in the subsequent final photos. I look forward to presenting the character's agility and elegance in a fuller state in the official shoot, and I will formally share the aesthetic atmosphere of the Island Group with everyone when the final photos are out.
