Let's talk directly about this set of behind-the-scenes photos of Kisaki. I'm turning in my homework through this casual cosplay behind-the-scenes share, and by the way, chatting with everyone about a few small things encountered during this outdoor shoot. The entire set of photos was casually snapped directly with a mobile phone, and the straight-out-of-camera original pictures are truly surprising. On one hand, the distortion effect of the phone's built-in wide-angle lens is very peculiar. Many friends might get the illusion that I secretly elongated my legs when looking at the pictures; however, I truly didn't elongate them. It's entirely the built-in wide-angle effect of this lens that makes me look much taller visually.
The highlight of this styling, I think, definitely goes to this white shirt bought one size larger. At that time, I thought since it's a JK uniform style, I hoped to wear it with a bit of my own flavor. Unexpectedly, the slightly larger fit made the shoulder lines and collar look very loose and slouchy without being rigidly constrained, which instead struck a lazy, casual cosplay everyday feel. This unexpected cuteness is quite pleasing. The blue-and-black striped tie, navy pleated miniskirt, combined with white stockings and shiny black loafers, blend the conventional school style with a girl's bright and cheerful vibe.
Meanwhile, to go with this look, some thought was also put into the accessories. The blue butterfly hair ornament clipped on the left side of my face is quite eye-catching, paired with black leather gloves, and against the backdrop of that cool-toned glowing circular moon and wooden Chinese-style lattice, the texture and atmosphere of the entire frame instantly elevated. During the shoot, I also intentionally brought along that replica black gun and a Chinese-style round fan painted with flowers on a blue background. If you look closely, the cold replica firearm meeting the soft white plush mat, combined with the Chinese folding fan, presents a contrast that blends rigidity with softness, adding some special anime story vibes to this casual cosplay outfit.
Lastly, special thanks to the makeup artist and photographer who were busy behind the scenes the whole time. We directly achieved integrated makeup and hair styling this time, which greatly reduced the energy consumed by early makeup setting and outfit changes, allowing me to enter the shooting state much faster. The post-processing mindset also perfectly matched my wishes, preserving the authentic flavor captured by the phone lens without over-refining. Authentic texture is often more charming than an intentional pursuit of perfection. This set of phone behind-the-scenes photos serves as an excellent illustration, and I hope this girl photography share can bring some joy to friends who love a casual, everyday feel.
