This shoot of the Fate/Grand Order Space Ereshkigal cosplay photoset had relatively clear planning in terms of costumes, props, and scene selection. The blue and white color-blocked corset paired with a high-slit design originally required a relatively large range of motion to display the structural features of the costume. The wig used long platinum-blonde curls, which offered excellent transparency under natural light. Paired with blue contact lenses, it gave an overall bright and translucent feel through the wig styling.
The antique bronze hollowed-out lantern held in hand was an important prop of the day. It was filled with blue silk flowers in advance, which both echoed the costume's color scheme and increased the visual layering of the frame. We chose the afternoon for the shoot. The cluster of blue flowers in the background was highly unified with the clothing's color system, with a few green shrubs and the blue sky behind as the backdrop, keeping the color control very comfortable for an outdoor portrait.
Because the costume itself features a high slit and an asymmetrical over-the-knee sock design (blue on one side, white on the other, adorned with bowknots), it heavily tested the standing angle during the shoot. A low-angle shot can naturally elongate the leg proportions while keeping the lantern and facial expressions in a well-balanced position in the frame. This costume has rich layering, and both the headpiece and neckline details were taken into account, requiring special attention to posture during the shooting process. The post-processing adjustments primarily unified the environmental and costume colors to make the blue sections look cleaner and more translucent. I am quite satisfied with the shooting results of this Anime cosplay photoset.
