This wedding dress look for Kamisato Ayaka cosplay has actually been in preparation for quite a while; everything from the layers of the petticoat to the curvature of the blue bowtie on the chest was repeatedly adjusted. The veil was chosen from semi-translucent mesh material, paired with pearl chains and small golden flower ornaments, striving to restore her cool yet gentle temperament. Since Ayaka's outfit has many details in the original design, I paid special attention to the tassel pendant at the neckline and the bead bracelets on the wrists. Although small, these accessories make the overall look appear more exquisite. The lighting on the day of the shoot was fantastic. Sunlight filtered down through the vines and blue window frames, perfectly echoing the blue and white color scheme of the dress. This white rose bouquet was matched with a few blue starflowers to create a visual unity with the blue ribbon on the headpiece. The transition between the white stockings and over-the-knee socks also featured a specially selected garter-ring style, making the leg lines look softer visually. The entire makeup went for a clear and translucent style. The eye makeup wasn't too heavy, placing emphasis on well-defined eyelashes and a naturally pink and dewy lip color, so that the photos wouldn't show an overly heavy makeup feel. Standing in this scene surrounded by green plants, paired with the somewhat dreamy framing of the window, I felt like I had truly stepped into some secret garden in Teyvat. Although I usually have to handle many unexpected situations during outdoor shoots, such as the veil being messed up by the wind or the bouquet being too heavy, seeing the serene yet slightly romantic atmosphere in the final photos makes all the hard work worth it. This attempt at Anime cosplay combines Ayaka with wedding photography elements, engaging in a romantic roleplay that presents a side of her different from her combat state—softer and full of anticipation for the future.
