For this set of The Shorekeeper cosplay Convention photos from the Beijing IDO Anime Convention, to achieve the character's lightweight and ethereal design, a large amount of translucent blue-and-white gradient tulle was preferentially used in the choice of materials. Silver-white chains and small crystal ornaments were incorporated to emphasize a tech-style connection. The wig was specially crafted with cool-toned gradient layers, combined with the hood structure on the head, to minimize visual heaviness as much as possible, making the overall composition look more flowing.
The handheld blue butterfly prop had its support center of gravity specifically adjusted to adapt to different shooting angles, making it convenient to create a hovering and resting pose. The actual lighting on-site was quite complex, but the photographer utilized the black background and the smooth reflections on the ground to successfully highlight the cool-toned atmosphere. During the shoot, finding the right angle for the top lighting helped preserve both the texture details of the costume and the softness of the face, and the barefoot look also enhanced the natural and serene qualities of the character. Although walking around in this gear all day was exhausting, seeing the light and shadow texture of the blue and white tulle against the dark background in the unedited photos made all the effort feel completely worth it for this piece of Anime cosplay.
