This shoot attempts to restore the state of Water Blue from Roco Kingdom on a rainy night. The venue was chosen on the walkway of a river bridge, where the evening breeze accompanied by rain showers perfectly matched the character's lively and refreshing qualities.

For the costume, a large area of light blue gauze stitching was chosen, with a pearl chain decorating the neckline and three-dimensional lace sewn around the waist. Once put on, the entire skirt hem becomes very fluffy, and combined with that striking large red bow, the overall visual color recognition is established. The rain came in bursts during the shoot, making the transparent umbrella a highly fitting prop. The moment I opened the umbrella to shelter from the rain, I could truly immerse myself into the character's feeling of protecting her companions.

The puddles on the ground formed a wonderful reflection mirror at night, casting the distant blue light strips and the warm lights on the bridge onto the floor tiles. The large aperture combined with the lighting setup for this Night outdoor shoot preserved this interwoven sense of warm and cool, light and dark. The photographer, Drama, is very good at capturing dynamics. Some freeze frames were completed at the moments of opening the umbrella or spinning. When the skirt hem flew up, the layers of the clothing looked exceptionally rich.

Photography in the rain certainly brings some trouble. To prevent the pants and skirt hem from sticking to the legs, the frequency of adjusting the look was quite high, not to mention the feeling of wet hair and clothes sticking to the skin. However, seeing the light, shadow, and texture of the final Cosplay photos made all the hard work feel completely worth it. This set of photos retains the original blue and white base tone in terms of color. The slightly cool color palette pairs wonderfully with the night scenery, and the restoration of the wig and makeup looks quite natural under this kind of rainy night lighting. Looking back at this set, it truly restores a character image that is both playful and carries a touch of water spirit.
