Directly diving into the shooting state for Director Topaz. The texture of the costume chosen this time is fantastic. Aside from the tight leather jacket and tactical straps, the red asymmetric cape and the highlights at the hair ends are the visual focus. Before the shoot, I confirmed the lighting scheme with the photographer. To recreate the business elite atmosphere of the character, we set up an office desk scene; the addition of a desk lamp and a computer makes the overall narrative feel more complete. In terms of props, I specially brought along Numby's plushie and that dedicated pistol with prominent coloring. A lot of energy was spent during the early styling stage on handling the hair and makeup. Topaz's traits lie in her clean, sharp eyebrows and eyes, along with that composed aura, so we controlled the color saturation in the makeup and focused on strengthening the contour of the eye makeup. The details of the leather gloves combined with metal rivets naturally generate a sense of tension in the movements once worn.

When capturing frames during this Cosplay photography session, we tried different states ranging from combat-ready gun-holding to leisurely leaning and sitting. Among them, posing while sitting on the edge of the desk to salute, and kneeling on one knee to aim the gun, could beautifully highlight the confidence and competence in the character setting. The entire shooting process was controlled within a relatively comfortable atmosphere. Through the process of repeatedly posing, I also gained a better understanding of the elasticity and comfort of this costume. Especially with the combination of that white circular platform and the desk and chairs, to ensure the frame was clean enough, we cleared out a lot of clutter and left only the necessary props. The belt buckles and collar on Topaz have complex patterns; during post-processing, we also needed to maintain the natural luster of the leather without over-smoothing the skin and losing the authenticity of the material. This kind of techwear-leaning workplace outfit heavily tests the crafting skills of the tailor and prop maker, and you can truly feel its precision when wearing it. Being able to successfully complete such a detailed look was a wonderful experience for our Roleplay journey.
