The tea remains warm, the chess game is set. Bringing this Velina look to fruition took immense dedication to polish every detail from early preparation to final delivery, and I can finally share this photoshoot today.

For the wig, I styled a base light-blue straight long wig, trimming clean, blunt bangs and building soft volume at the ends. The white cat-ear headwear accented with gold studs along the rim, combined with a pair of pointed elf ears, instantly transformed my overall aura. To apply the ears seamlessly, I blended the seams using scar wax and spirit gum to ensure they looked completely organic from both frontal and profile angles. Cosmetically, I wore light blue-grey lenses, deepened the outer corners with reddish-brown tones, and finished with a natural nude-pink lip tint to highlight her aloof composure.

The structural layering of the outfit is remarkably refined. The deep navy body fabric carries a subtle luster, complemented by a crisp white mandarin collar accented with ruffled frills and a warm brown ascot tie. The defining highlight is undoubtedly the black leather underbust corset cinched at the waist, adorned with silver eyelets, white cord lacing, and trailing white tassels—which not only sculpts a sleek waistline but also injects a sharp martial edge into the blue-and-white palette. The sleeves feature wide white folded cuffs paired with fingerless black leather gloves; holding a white folding fan in hand instantly solidified her commanding poise.

For the lower half, I styled white striped over-the-knee socks with silver platform high heels in this Stockings cosplay coordination. The stocking fabric rendered exquisite tactile texture before the camera, contouring the leg lines beautifully. On set, we arranged an antique European high-back armchair with intricate relief carvings. To showcase full-body silhouettes, I moved between formal seated stances, profile perches, and crossed-leg compositions. Because the chair was somewhat high, I paid close attention to how the skirt drape covered the seat and the angles displaying the Stockings, striving to maintain effortless elegance throughout.

The set design integrated clusters of blue faux flora, a vintage white birdcage, a miniature lantern pierced with star cutouts, and a plush white rug across the floor. Under high-key cool-toned lighting, the subject and white furniture popped crisply across the frame. The photographer and I coordinated lighting angles carefully to keep facial shadows soft while preserving the tactile weave of the fabric and hosiery. Hand gestures holding the folding fan underwent numerous micro-adjustments; to convey that unwavering 'everything is under control' calm, I calibrated my focus repeatedly to avoid a hollow stare, channeling the serene certainty of a master awaiting the decisive move on the board.

The ensemble includes numerous accessories, particularly the ear and head ornaments that easily shift during takes, demanding constant vigilance. The simultaneous presence of elf and cat ears, coupled with the snug embrace of the corset, truly accelerated my immersion into character. Recreating a character's attire and soul in reality is always an exhilarating journey. I hope these frames convey this serene yet razor-sharp ambiance to everyone.
