As a cosplayer portraying Viviana from Arknights, I chose a spring outing theme this time, setting the shoot in a plant-filled Vintage style sunroom. The outfit combined a brown top with a white lace collar, a plaid skirt, and white lace stockings, looking very natural amid the room's lush greenery. Wearing the antler headpiece and holding curated sunflowers, the entire styling aligned perfectly with the character's elegant yet cool springtime aura. The shoot day was actually quite demanding—temperatures inside the sunroom rose as sunlight poured in, and paired with this relatively thick outfit, especially the wig and antlers on my head, moving around easily caused sweating. However, to faithfully recreate the character, these were minor matters.

Selecting this venue was primarily to match Viviana's temperament. The weathered white wooden doors, aged shelves, and expansive ferns gave the entire frame a natural vintage feel. The softness of the light filtering through the large glass windows was especially suited to capturing that serene ambiance of being immersed in nature. The photographer put great thought into composition, utilizing the slanted doorframe as foreground while foliage occlusions added depth and layering. By fine-tuning the color palette, the background greens and wood tones became warmer and softer, harmonizing with the sunflowers in hand.

Regarding makeup and styling design, the focus was on the eye makeup, sculpting the eye shape to capture the character's aura, paired with earth-toned or soft orange lipstick for an elegant, natural look. Styling and trimming the wig took time, and fastening the antler props on the crown required repeated trials to ensure they looked seamless and natural in both wide and close-up shots. To enhance texture and character presence, I paired the outfit with White stockings; against the Vintage style backdrop and plaid skirt, this highlighting of leg lines added refined delicacy to the look.

This time, the goal was mainly to portray the character through environmental ambiance. Sitting on the wooden bench or looking down at the bouquet in hand, I could genuinely feel the quiet focus and tranquility inherent to the character. The spring outing theme truly suits her, as greenery, sunshine, and sunflowers naturally bring vibrant vitality. Throughout the photoshoot, I constantly communicated with the photographer to adjust poses and angles, striving to convey elegance while showcasing the silhouette of the outfit. For props, the bouquet rested in my arms, and the lace cuffs and neck accents were neatly tidied, aiming for a clean and high-texture presentation. Although the shoot had its share of challenges, seeing the final photos blend seamlessly with the lighting and environment made this Viviana cosplay interpretation deeply satisfying, while also accumulating valuable experience for shooting such vintage botanical-themed characters.
