[Shimoe Koharu cosplay] Blue Archive Cheerleader uniform, Fully Displaying Youthful Vitality

Putting on this cheerleader uniform of Koharu, I feel like my entire vitality meter has been maxed out. The pink and white color scheme of the outfit, paired with the lace-up bow at the neckline and the ruffles at the hem, beautifully objectifies the character's sense of youth. The white hat and black feather accessories on the head are the crowning touch, and I also wore custom small black wings, adding a bit of gap moe compared to the original design, while the pink braided twin-tails wig also blends perfectly with the overall color palette. Putting on the pink high-top canvas shoes and white slouch socks, I instantly gained the 3D presence of a sporty girl.

This shoot was set at the Pudding Cat Photography Studio. The pink and white checkerboard carpet paired with various sports-style props perfectly matched Shimoe Koharu's character setting. The on-site setup was done with great care, like that pink storage basket, the tennis racket filled with pink balls, as well as the skateboard and plush dolls placed next to it, all building a lounge scene full of leisure yet bearing a sporty atmosphere. To accurately recreate this character, striking natural and vivid poses is key. During the shoot, I discussed many action details with the photographer Lan Lin from Doudou's family, such as how to hold the yellow cheerleader pom-poms, or how to lean back in the chair to display a sense of relaxation. The pose of lying on the checkerboard with legs up looks relaxed, but it actually requires a certain amount of core strength to ensure that the fabric folds and the wig are not crushed or messed up.

To highlight the character's traits, we specially used a pink basketball and sports drink cans as auxiliary props. During the shoot, we also tried posing with the tennis racket, hoping to showcase more of a daily vibe. The character Shimoe Koharu herself is very layered, possessing both a gentle girlish image and her dependable side as a member of the Justice Task Force. This cheerleader styling happened to amplify her lively and passionate traits. Photographer Lan Lin's snapshots were highly precise, combining seemingly cluttered scenes into a coordinated frame, and the softness of the light and shadow also beautifully highlighted the skin texture. Every time I finish shooting a set of photos, I am achieving a deeper integration with the character. After this shoot, I felt myself slowly blending into this vibrant yet slightly dorky girlish charm. When preparing the returned photos, seeing those vividly colored finished shots felt like truly returning to that youth scene filled with pink bubbles. Although the shooting and organizing process is time-consuming, the experience of immersing oneself in the character always brings full rewards.
