Bringing Shimoe Koharu from Blue Archive to life this time, the overall concept was set in a minimalist pure white studio style. Since Koharu has a nurse theme in the game, I chose this white short-sleeved nurse dress. The fabric is stretchy, and to achieve a flattering fit, I made several adjustments to the inner wear to ensure the chest cutout and tailored waist were naturally accentuated. The pink twin-tail wig took a long time to trim: blunt bangs across the forehead and reshaped wave curls at the tips to faithfully capture that fluffy, airy volume. The red cross on the nurse cap and the halo decoration at the top were custom-made, reinforced with an internal clear support frame so the cap stood upright without collapsing during takes.

The shoot was quite physically taxing, requiring sustained kneeling or balancing on a single leg. As seen in the photos, I'm wearing over-the-knee White stockings; the pink garter straps around my thighs easily slipped, requiring discreet adjustments between takes. To accentuate the supple curve of my legs, I asked the photographer to add a side softbox to sculpt natural leg shadows, which complemented the pure white backdrop to enhance visual fullness without looking bulky. The white heels had around a seven-centimeter lift, leaving my ankles sore after prolonged wear; for the second shot, I took them off, resting my stockinged feet directly on the cylindrical stool to channel a relaxed, slice-of-life charm.

For makeup, a soft pink eyeshadow base was paired with subtle red winged eyeliner and light brown contact lenses. Because Koharu is earnest yet subtly tsundere, I avoided exaggerated facial expressions, opting for calm or slightly assertive direct eye contact to project that distinct aura—dressed as a nurse, yet holding onto her stubborn little attitude. The red cord and beaded bracelet on my wrist were personal accessories, added purely to inject a lively pop of color into the sea of white.

Studio lighting was kept airy and cool-toned to enhance fair skin translucency. With both wardrobe and backdrop in white, the photographer dialed down the exposure by half a stop in-camera to prevent blowout, while post-processing focused on preserving the pristine, clean textures of pink and white. Repeatedly kneeling and standing left my knees slightly flushed, but seeing the texture of the White stockings, leg contours, and the tailored cut of the Nurse cosplay dress made all the effort feel worthwhile.

Shooting against a pure white cyclorama truly tests kinetic tension; with no props or environment to interact with, all mood and emotion hinge entirely on posture and gaze. To flatter body lines, I rotated through virtually every angle on the stool. The mini-dress was quite short, so crouching or sitting required careful hemline adjustments to maintain natural aesthetics while staying covered. Simple as this style looks, every detail demands obsessive care—from hair alignment to stocking smoothness. I hope this set conveys Koharu's charming sweetness and earnest spirit.
