Finally presenting this Poolside photoshoot of Shimoe Koharu from Blue Archive! During early styling, trimming the wig and sculpting the bouncy twin-tails took thorough preparation. To channel her bashful yet curious nature, I emphasized under-eye blush paired with soft dusty-rose lips, keeping the complexion dewy while accentuating wide-eyed innocence. Custom-crafted pink halo and black wing props immediately solidified her iconic profile.

The wardrobe combines a white ruffled off-the-shoulder top with distressed blue denim shorts. I opted for bare legs with black platform flip-flops to lean into the summer pool aesthetic. Small black wing props and a cheeky R-18 book prop added playful, contrast-heavy character storytelling. Staged inside an indoor pool filled with ambient humidity and blue ceiling reflections, our photographer deployed frontal softboxes alongside rim lighting to carve crisp contours away from the cyan waters.

Posing poolside demanded careful arching of the back and stretching the insteps to elongate leg lines across seated angles. The over-the-shoulder glance remains my favorite frame: the wings caught the key light smoothly while framing a clean backline and a shy, engaged expression. Navigating humidity and stray wig fibers was tough, but capturing Shimoe Koharu's adorable, bashful essence made every minute worthwhile in this Cute girl cosplay record.
