When I changed into this white shirt and blue plaid pleated skirt, I truly felt like I instantly returned to my school days. Choosing a real classroom setting for this shoot allowed the warm yellow light to slice in diagonally from the window on the right, hitting my hair strands and shirt to create a beautiful rim light. To recreate the character's relaxed yet unique vibe, I specially tousled the wig to give the bangs and sideburns a casual, natural airy feel.

To complement the character's personality and overall look, the base makeup was kept clear and transparent, with the focus on the eyes and blush, aiming to present that vibrant yet slightly pure-and-sexy trait. This classroom photography set actually carries a bit of a narrative feel rather than being a simple stand-and-pose session. Leaning against the school desk and chair like in the photos, paired with the positioning of the hands, gives the frame more narrative tension. The combination of the short skirt and black long socks is a key point of this look, and with a pair of brownish-black platform leather shoes, the overall proportions and visual center of gravity become perfectly coordinated.

During the shoot, the sense of imagery brought by different focal lengths was very different. Close-up shots can capture eye contact and emotional changes beautifully, while a slightly wider focal length paired with foreground blurring seamlessly integrates environmental elements like classroom desks, hand-drawn graffiti on the blackboard, and the schoolbag on the floor, making the photos not just about the person, but about capturing an atmospheric vibe. Special thanks to the photographer for their control of light and shadow during this session; since the angle of the afternoon sun is highly limited, we had to try out many camera positions within a specific timeframe.

In fact, when doing this kind of school style cosplay, conveying the character's temperament through body movements is a highly important aspect. The feeling inside the classroom is both wondrous and real, as if truly stepping into a slice of anime daily life. Every time I take on this type of character, I can feel the character's inherent positive and easygoing attitude toward life. After the photos came out, I personally loved this clean and warm Japanese fashion style tone, feeling as if the sunshine and mood of that moment were frozen in the frame. I hope this set of school-style photos can bring everyone a bit of a relaxed and pleasant feeling.
