Shooting Zenless Zone Zero's Sigrid in the Venetian-style town this time was quite a challenge for a night shoot, but it turned out exceptionally striking. The outfit has a ton of details: a black-and-white color-blocked tight combat suit paired with silver-gray metal shoulder armor, blue accents at the waist, and a fluffy long tail behind, giving the overall texture a very hardcore feel. The lower body's white asymmetric tight pants feature many straps and cutout designs, matched with the black leg straps (tactical leg garter style) on the thighs, which not only faithfully recreates the design but also looks very crisp in front of the lens. The Spear prop in hand is massive, weighing quite a lot, along with the circular shield featuring a transparent glowing pattern, adding a strong sci-fi vibe to the overall styling. To showcase the character's cold and sharp temperament, I drew somewhat fierce eye makeup, wore blue contacts, paired with golden shoulder-length short hair, pink-and-white animal ears, and the black-and-gold geometric headpiece on my forehead. I deliberately adjusted my expression to maintain a calm and determined state as much as possible. The shooting angles were mostly low-angle shots, which better highlight the character's aura. Whether it's the single-knee kneeling posture preparing for an attack, or the half-crouching action holding the Spear prop pointing at the lens, it requires strong core strength to maintain body balance and visual tension. Fortunately, the final lighting and shadow effects were amazing; the warm yellow streetlights and building lights in the background formed a sharp warm-and-cool contrast with the cool blue fill light on me, making the character pop right out of the night scenery. Because we were shooting on the terrace and corridors of the town, the iron railings nearby had plenty of butterfly and pattern decorations. Combined with the nighttime architectural background, the atmosphere was maxed out. During breaks, I also noticed many fellow cosers shooting here, everyone carrying large bags of equipment, making it very lively. Although the entire outfit is cumbersome to wear and the Spear prop is not light, being able to fully present these exquisite details and poses in the night feels totally worth it. Shooting such combat-style characters requires not just external recreation of costumes and props, but more importantly, capturing that explosive power and sharpness of the character in a combat state; both the gaze and body language are indispensable. Tonight's night scene and lighting matched up just perfectly, perfectly showcasing all the details.
