[Sigewinne cosplay] Traveler, Today's Luckin Special Drink is Prepared!

I finally received the CPGZ07 D2 convention photos, and opening the album brings back vivid memories of that day. This time I cosplayed Sigewinne from Genshin Impact, paired with the overall blue-and-white maid dress theme and Luckin Coffee crossover elements, feeling extraordinarily refreshing for summer.

This set was shot on Day 2 of CPGZ07, selected around the plaza outside the venue. Blending outdoor lighting with the convention setting is key to great shots. Initially, I worried that strong noon light would cast harsh facial shadows or blow out white clothing into dead whites. However, photographer @八次方根 cleverly utilized shade from surrounding trees, creating soft diffuse reflections on the character. This preserved lighting hierarchy while maintaining a natural, uniform skin tone and delicate texture. Post-processing color tuning was subtle without over-saturating, giving the final images a crisp, clean aesthetic.

Regarding costume styling, prepping this outfit involved significant effort. The wig features a light greyish-white split color with a soft pink gradient at the ends. Trimming required careful attention to bangs and side locks framing cheeks to avoid blocking the eyes while maintaining a fluffy texture suited to the character's face shape. The 3D tailored beast horns at the crown offered solid structural integrity without collapsing, combining with ears on both sides to give the styling distinct 3D dimension.

The main outfit follows a classic white shirt and dark blue apron design, accented with multi-layered frills along the collar, cuffs, and apron edges. A 3D heart-shaped pocket was custom-crafted at the waist, adding small details that elevate accuracy. Beneath the white skirt hem are blue stripe accents; when walking or turning slightly, the flaring arc of the skirt looks lovely. The lower half features white thigh-high stockings and black thick-soled round-toe leather shoes, forming a classic Japanese maid aesthetic that also elongates leg proportions nicely.

If picking a cover photo, I lean toward Photo 2. Taking a closer look at Photo 2, this posture standing with hands on hips actually demands good poise—shoulders back, spine straight, paired with a subtle head tilt and downward gaze to blend composure with playful charm. This angle cleanly showcases the full Cosplay outfit, from headpieces and wig curves to the blue-and-white skirt hem, white tights, and black leather shoes—all captured comprehensively in this full-length framing. The black-and-white color harmony at the feet echoes the skirt tones perfectly. With the character centered and the background smoothly blurred by a wide aperture lens, it serves as a clean, eye-catching cover.

Looking at the other shots, Photo 1's reaching-out motion with a slight side profile creates an inviting, interactive vibe—fitting the "Traveler, come have a special drink" concept. Photo 4 features a double-handed finger heart with a slight pout, recreating the character's sweet essence. Photo 5's crossed-arm pose adds a touch of cool tsundere attitude, making it another great alternative. Photo 6 raises a single leg with open hands, exuding a dynamic, lively energy that feels light and spirited.

Since it was shot outdoors at the convention, there were plenty of passing pedestrians and roaming players; hearing someone call out the character name or "Luckin" often drew glances. Yet the photographer snapped quickly without wasting time due to onlookers. On a relatively quiet greenbelt stone staircase we found, we smoothly completed these Cosplay convention photos. Overall, despite being at the crowded CPGZ07 venue, the quality remained uncompromised by the noisy surroundings, striking a delightful balance between spatial atmosphere and body language—I'm thoroughly satisfied with the final result of this Sigewinne cosplay.
