I tossed around with a few sets back and forth before finally settling on this Cyrene Cosplay look from Miaowu Cosplay.
At first, seeing that Manjiong shipped quickly, I bought theirs first. Later, I saw the official pictures from Ciyuan Yi and was so tempted that I couldn't resist ordering a set from them (CYY). However, during the long wait, I accidentally swiped and found that Miaowu Cosplay actually had it in stock! After seeing the real-life photos shared by others, I was instantly blown away by the silhouette and overall quality. I decisively cancelled the CYY order transfer and directly grabbed the Miaowu order transfer. It arrived home at lightspeed, and the unboxing moment was pure bliss.
Holding the actual item in hand, it truly lives up to its positioning as "collector-grade." The intricate relief texture on the chest is so precise that you can't help but look closer. The 3D effect of the geometric cuts combined with the pearlescent gradient shading looks incredibly soft and comfortable, whether viewed across a screen or under natural light. The blue-and-pink gradient fabric rose at the waist is also solidly crafted. Combined with the layered tulle of the entire Cosplay outfit, the sense of depth is very full. Once putting it on, the whole person feels enveloped in a weightless, dreamy sensation. Paired with the gradient pink-and-blue wig and that plush bunny doll, the visual completion of the entire set maxes out instantly.
But joy aside, I still have to share a complaint: all those complex decorative parts on the body are actually attached using safety pins! Putting it on and taking it off is truly nerve-wracking, as I'm always afraid of accidentally snagging the dress fabric or pricking my fingers. It's really not user-friendly. If Miaowu could change these accessories to clips or hidden snap buttons in the future, it would definitely receive rave reviews.
What I'm struggling with most right now is actually the petticoat issue. I used one of my old, unused petticoats to prop it up first, only to find that the silhouette and line tension at the bottom didn't feel quite right; it felt like it failed to bring out the essence of the design at all. It seems we must wait for their matching second-form petticoat to arrive in order to achieve the complete detail reproduction of that gorgeous silhouette and fluffiness. I've already placed the order at top speed to wait for it.
The overall luster and detail reproduction of this costume are truly unblemished. Among so many cosplay costumes on the market today, its material and tailoring show a very solid foundation. Just the color blending of the fabric and the hollow-out designs are enough to admire for a long time. The gradient transition of the wig is also very natural without any harsh, unnatural color blocks. If the attachment method for the accessories could be optimized a bit more, it would truly be an impeccable masterpiece.
