Refilling sugar during rehearsals is indeed very important; the lead singer's work consumes a lot of physical energy, so taking advantage of shooting intervals to eat some Pocky and chocolate to recover HP. This Blue Archive Kyoyama Kazusa anime cosplay photoshoot was shot in a white studio, with a clean light purple background chosen, which happens to echo the purple-pink gradient at the ends of the hair and the pink halo on top of the head. To restore this styling, a lot of thought went into the preliminary preparation. The wig was trimmed to have a layered feel, with the ends dyed in purple-pink tones; the makeup focused on purple contact lenses and reddish-toned eye makeup, matched with a cool expression, hoping to capture the character's charm. The black leather collar and cat ears with a pink lining are soul accessories; the moment they are put on, the feeling is right.
In terms of clothing coordination, a loose white T-shirt features a cat face and exaggerated lettering printed on the chest, while the lower body is a white sports-style mini skirt with green stripes along the edges, tied with a black long-sleeved jacket around the waist to add layering. Wearing black wristbands and several colorful silicone wristbands on the hands, paired with semi-transparent black over-the-knee socks and black leather loafers on the feet. Various poses were tried during the shoot, sitting and holding a chocolate stick, or stepping one leg onto a cylindrical platform. These actions need to maintain the styling of the clothing while showcasing the leg lines and the texture of the black stockings. Shooting with white studio lighting heavily tests clothing texture, but fortunately, the final presented frame is very clean. The snack props on the table not only enriched the composition but also became my real energy supplement during shooting intervals. The entire shooting process required constantly adjusting the state, from sitting to standing postures, striving for every final photo to showcase the details of the cosplay. I hope everyone can feel this process of character integration. Without excessively pursuing complex backgrounds, I just wanted to capture the character's own state. Later when tired from rehearsals, I will still continue to rely on these sweets for support.
