My new Model comp card is finally ready! This series covers five distinct styles, including JK uniform, Japanese style, and qipao concepts. Here is a brief share of my thoughts and experiences from the shoot, hoping to connect with aligned photographers through these new photos.
The cover shot was deliberately staged on a seamless white background to highlight the subject in the simplest setting. Posing was adjusted repeatedly to find the most relaxed standing silhouette on camera. Pairing a Black tights outfit with a pleated skirt genuinely tests leg lines, showing remarkably different visual effects under varying light angles. A red-and-yellow color-blocked jacket served as an accent, breaking up the monochrome white to make the overall palette pop.
The subsequent shots explored entirely different aesthetics. The shoji doors and red maple leaves of the Japanese-style set carried an Eastern serene charm, requiring slower movements to harmonize with shifting light and shadows. The bunny-ear look leaned into playful anime flair, focusing on the textural contrast between plush elements and wooden surroundings. The qipao look relied heavily on gaze and posture to convey emotion—without dramatic motions, deep inner immersion was key. The maid outfit offered another classic vibe, where I paid close attention to skirt flare and leg lines, letting the over-the-knee sock textures shine under subtle highlights.
Every shoot is a collaborative process of tuning into sync with the photographer. Preparing this comp card was about showcasing versatility across different states. For ACG private photoshoot collaborations, mutual chemistry and aligned aesthetics matter most. I hope these frames showcase my range and potential as a model.
