[Angelina the Mellow Wish cosplay] Guangzhou Arknights Only 'Acoustic Resonance' Convention Experience Officer Location Scouting Record

As a Convention experience officer for the Guangzhou Arknights Only doujin exhibition 'Acoustic Resonance', I completed the test makeup and on-site shoot for Angelina the Mellow Wish cosplay in advance. The character I applied for this time is Angelina the Mellow Wish. To match the 'Acoustic Resonance' theme, cool tones were chosen for the styling. The eye makeup used a red-to-black gradient along the edges to deliver a sharp look under cold light sources. The wig was layered neatly, with crisp forehead styling and long locks behind the ears without clutter. The costume featured a white trench coat paired with a black skirt made of a structured fabric to support the shoulder silhouette properly. The semi-sheer Black over-the-knee stockings on the lower body served as a major highlight, flattering the leg lines under cool lighting. For scouting, I chose the vicinity of Guangzhou Taikoo Warehouse Tai Space Livehouse. Large metal flight cases and crisscrossing cables served as great background elements, fully embodying the industrial, high-tech, and cool-toned aesthetic of Arknights. Sitting between cable piles and cases, the key light was positioned obliquely, with fill lights adjusted to prevent overexposing the white coat while preserving fabric folds and textures. High-intensity shooting demands precise prop positioning and posture control; to reflect an efficient operator working in a cabin, I tested various sitting angles and hand gestures, refining the lift of my right hand repeatedly to maintain overall balance. In a real environment like Tai Space Livehouse, lighting is far more complex than in a studio, requiring attention to both facial illumination and metal reflections. I also studied the venue layout carefully. Located in Taikoo Warehouse, Haizhu District, transportation is convenient. Spanning 1,200 square meters, the venue features a dynamic stage design and professional lighting systems. I focused on the movement flow across the audience area, booth area, and stage acoustics. As an experience officer, my role centers on venue testing and makeup finalization to ensure operators showcase their best looks on October 31st. Practicality was heavily considered during preparation: the Black over-the-knee stockings are wear-resistant and stay up during extended walking, while the cinched cuffs of the trench coat prevent bulkiness when handling props or interacting with fans. Attention was paid to details like the collar accessories, nameplate clarity, and natural drape during movement. I also tested color performance under various lights: under cool blue light, the sheen of the black stockings was prominent for a sci-fi elegance, whereas under warm light, the texture of the white coat gained depth. On October 31st, Guangzhou Arknights Only 'Acoustic Resonance' will be held at Taikoo Warehouse Tai Space Livehouse in two sessions (13:00-17:30 and 18:30-22:00). With a spacious venue and great lighting, I also checked power distribution and signal coverage to ensure smooth photo check-ins. I have faithfully recreated the design elements, hoping everyone enjoys the fantastic performances and has a wonderful time at the exhibition.
