This time, I cosplayed the Cosmic Witch skin for Gardener from Identity V. Crafting and coordinating this outfit required immense care right from the fabric selection phase. The primary body uses an airy gauze blending soft pastel blue and silver-gray, finished with a fine dusting of micro-shimmer that casts a gentle, ethereal gleam beneath natural ambient light. To elevate the sense of opulence, extensive golden chains cascade from the shoulders down to the waistline, alongside gilded starburst motifs applied onto the textile and reinforced with glitter. Wearing it demanded delicate caution, as the chains could easily snag against the fine mesh skirt. The halo headpiece perched atop the crown is an independent prop—its intersecting spherical rings were forged from metallic wire, embellished with azure gemstones and gilded stars. To achieve a floating, levitating effect on camera, my stylist raised an intricate high bun so we could pin and anchor the rather hefty piece securely into the hair base.

Cosmetics focused heavily on capturing a starry, mystical aura. The base makeup was kept pristine, while the eyeshadow layered cool blue-gray tones with polarized duochrome shimmer. The most time-consuming step was adhering individual glitters beneath the lower lash line with a fine brush, along with scattered constellations across both cheeks. Paired with azure lenses, the gaze projected a translucent, softly unfocused allure. The wig featured long, pale-blonde curls, sculpted with ample styling spray to lock in shape while the bangs were gently curved to frame the face.

Today's schedule mainly combined visiting themed spots with nearby outdoor photography. Our first stop was an indoor blue-and-white floral installation, complete with polished reflective floors that transformed the scene into a celestial dreamscape. While smoothing out the expansive skirt hem across the floor was tedious, the finished frames looked stunning. Later, we moved outdoors along the water's edge where fierce winds nearly dislodged my headpiece. The overcast daylight was soft yet dim, which serendipitously lent the captures a cool, moody tone. The small round vanity handbag I carried and the circular gift box placed beside me matched the dress's elaborate patterns with identical ornate grandeur, carrying surprising tactile heft in hand.

The most delightful surprise was crossing paths at the shop with another girl cosplaying Emma! She wore the exact same outfit, but with an ashen blue-gray wig. The moment our eyes met, we recognized the shared skin and struck up an immediate conversation. We exchanged styling notes, makeup techniques, and everyday cosplay hacks for portraying game characters. Then we posed together before the mirror—each holding the matching round bag, one blonde and one silver-blue, like alternate chromatic editions of the same skin stepping into reality together. Nearby patrons even asked if we were part of an official promotional group, which filled the atmosphere with laughter.

Taking an oversized, multi-layered train outdoors is undeniably an intense physical workout. You must hike up the hems while walking; otherwise, they will trail along the ground, collect dirt, or easily trip you up. Furthermore, glitter fallout from this textile is practically inevitable—by wrap time, I was sparkling head to toe, and the garment demanded a thorough gentle grooming. Still, to resurrect the otherworldly grace of this character, every bit of effort was worthwhile. Since I forgot to bring portable fill lights today and relied solely on natural light angles, a few catchlights in deeper shadows were lost, which was a tiny regret. Overall, the trip was wonderful, and sharing the moment with a fellow Identity V cosplay enthusiast made the shoot far more relaxed than venturing out alone.
