[Identity V Cosplay] 8th Anniversary Celebration: Waiting for You at the Venue on the Final Day of Summer IJL

Arriving on-site at the Identity V 8th Anniversary and Summer IJL finals, participating as an official cosplayer in this grand event felt extraordinary from the moment I stepped into the Anime convention venue, greeted by waves of excitement and popularity. The venue setup strongly emphasized esports features, with the Esports booth area packed with passionate fans and players. Across the massive screens, one could clearly feel the tension and passion of live esports showdowns. As an officially invited cosplayer, deeply taking part in such an important historical milestone was a truly special experience.

Today's gorgeous red-and-black Cosplay outfit seemed to deliver quite a striking visual in front of the camera lens. The garment main body utilized a saturated wine-red satin fabric, accented with airy red tulle off the shoulders to forge a silhouette reminiscent of classic court fashion. The chest keyhole cutout echoed the lightness of the outfit while allowing the black lace choker and pearl-and-ruby necklace at the neck to become the central visual anchor. The oversized black lace headpiece served as the highlight of today's styling—layered intricately and adorned with 3D red flowers, metallic gold, and pearl-textured embellishments—which, alongside pearl drop earrings on both sides, yielded immense visual impact.

To match the overall ambiance, I selected black stockings with red floral patterns paired with wine-red high heels for the bottom half, which elongated visual proportions while echoing details from the top. Standing in white corridors or in front of exhibition booths, the interplay of light and shadow on this look was remarkable; whether under top lighting or side lighting, garment contours were beautifully delineated. The long-handled prop in my hand was also meticulously crafted—crowned with a black rose and ruby combination accented by dangling silver chains and pearl strands—helping pose with elegance while adding rich layers to the Identity V cosplay styling.

It must be said that walking around and maintaining poise in such a sultry hall while wearing complex tulle and multi-layered lace proved to be quite a test of energy and stamina. The off-the-shoulder cut combined with long lace gloves required periodic adjustments to keep the top securely fitted. To capture the most flawless shots under various lighting conditions, I continuously tweaked my positioning; judging from the live convention photos, the atmospheric quality of the photography was thoroughly satisfying.

While wandering through the expo zone, I encountered many fellow fans who loved this cosplay dress. We exchanged notes on garment fabrics and custom prop fabrication; these genuine interactions made the 8th anniversary celebration much more vibrant and warm. Many players came over specifically to ask about the design details of my prop, and I was more than happy to share fun anecdotes from the makeup and crafting process. Gathering together out of shared passion created an atmosphere far more precious than any praise.
