For this Voyager shoot, the core focus rested squarely on this 'When the Stars Sing in Chorus' garment design. The outfit's construction is remarkably rich in layers. The golden halo structural headpiece required ample hairnets and bobby pins tucked underneath to anchor firmly; combined with the deep blue long wavy wig, the headpiece had considerable weight that demanded disciplined neck and posture control. For makeup, emphasis went into the eye styling and bright blue contact lenses, extended with winged liner to reflect her otherworldly, cool detachment.

The wardrobe nuances are a visual treat. The bodice combines white and purple in bell sleeves finished with ruffled gathers and a satin luster. The silver metallic neckpiece and cascading tassels at the chest serve as crowning focal points. Below, the skirt cascades with multi-tiered white tulle and lace trimmed with feather-like accents, demanding careful petticoat curvature to flare out with full, graceful volume. The blue-and-white starry gradient stockings fit like a second skin, accessorized on the upper thigh with a chained silver garter ring. The golden star embellishments on the shoes tied together the celestial golden halo overhead.

The studio set featured an all-white Gothic architectural layout: a massive openwork tracery window rose in the background, flanked by Roman columns, clusters of pale amber candles, and blue-and-white floral arrangements. During shooting, cool-toned lighting grazed the white sheer fabrics, enhancing their ethereal translucency. To match the photographer's vision, the initial movement sequence had me cross my hands gently over my chest, flaring the skirt hem wide while standing to showcase the dress volume and the elongated sweep of the starry gradient stockings. The second set of close-ups brought fingertips near the eyes, looking into the lens through the vivid blue pupils with a softened, serene gaze.

Because the session took place in a spacious studio for Huizhou cosplay, there was plenty of room to compose. The photographer framed diverse angles with precision, balancing full-body ensembles with intimate emotional close-ups. The most demanding trial on set was keeping that halo headpiece steady—a slight turn of the head would tilt it, requiring realignment between takes. Fortunately, the fabric sheen delivered beautifully: under specific reflections, the purple tones revealed exquisite gradations. The shoot spanned several hours across multiple lighting setups, and the final frames turned out deeply gratifying.
