[Asuma Toki cosplay] Blue Archive Summer Poolside Refreshment

This shoot took place around an open-air outdoor pool. To accurately recreate Asuma Toki's design from Blue Archive, her sci-fi mechanical halo headset was by far the most demanding piece to build and balance. Translating that floating ring into a physical prop gave it noticeable weight, requiring extensive rigging tests beforehand so it wouldn't shift during turns or jumps. The wig was trimmed with her signature blunt straight bangs and face-framing long side locks. The Swimsuit is a sleek, dark high-cut one-piece with white piping and a blue gem choker accent, offering a snug, lightweight fit around water. To add visual contrast, I paired it with white thigh-high Stockings. Balancing barefoot on sun-warmed, textured stone blocks tested stability throughout each pose. Handling the bulky white-and-blue prop gun meant carefully balancing weapon angles with body curves during seated or kneeling setups. For makeup, vibrant crimson shadow blending paired with electric-blue contact lenses, keeping the base foundation lightweight under intense sunlight. Side-rim lighting bounced the sparkling water ripples directly across the skin and fabrics, making every patient minute held in the heat truly pay off.
