This shoot took place during the evening blue hour against a pure white Gothic style architectural background; the deep blue sky and crisp white walls perfectly complemented this black and blue ensemble. Before shooting, I spent a lot of time on makeup and styling, especially eyeliner techniques and contact lens selection, to make my gaze sharper and deeper in front of the lens. The waist-length pink wavy hair required meticulous grooming. The Animal ears atop my head, paired with a small black top hat, needed extra balance control while walking due to the hat's asymmetrical brim.

The outfit is rich in fine details. The golden criss-cross boning on the chest is the visual centerpiece, which, paired with the black bodysuit base, creates layered depth without clutter. The large light blue and black flared ruffled sleeves added dramatic motion, but were easily caught by the wind, requiring repeated adjustments to sleeve flutter and angles. The oversized orange-to-white gradient tail was the true soul of this styling—voluminous and substantially heavy, demanding core strength to stabilize my center of gravity. For instance, in the seated poses on the stone steps, the tail cushioned behind me provided great stability while gracefully accentuating the elongated lines of the black thigh-high Stockings and platform high heels.

When interpreting her personality, I emphasized a confident composure laced with sly cunning. In the lore, she is a multi-layered character—a cute fox maiden on the outside, yet carrying the proud haughtiness of an ancient divine beast. Thus, I fine-tuned standing postures and hand gestures, such as holding the talisman or making one-handed mudras, striving to convey dynamic charm within still frames.

The photographer's handling of light and shadow was spot-on, blurring the background to make the subject pop. Under the blue hour ambient lighting, the fur texture on the pink hair and fox ears came alive vividly. For the single-leg standing pose, balancing on high heels was tricky; we tested repeatedly on the steps before finding the most stable stance, and the resulting candid motion capture was wonderfully natural. Although the temperature was chilly while waiting for the backlight angle, seeing such a mature, refined aura on screen made everything worthwhile. Seamless teamwork and atmospheric post-processing brought out the alluringly dangerous charm of this fox maiden to perfection.
