This time, Tamamo no Mae's swimsuit styling has finally officially met everyone. Seeing the enhancement news of group charge 30, I directly dragged my partner to the Starlight White Studio to shoot this Lancer swimsuit outfit. This costume truly has an abundance of details. To recreate that refreshing summer beach feel, the silver-gray translucent cover-up was chosen with fine glitter material, which is not only breathable when worn, but also slightly reflective under the studio lighting, giving it an exceptional texture. The inner blue bikini contrasts with the outer cover-up, and the halter-neck orange thin straps are also the finishing touch.
The straw hat is one of the souls of this styling; I deliberately trimmed and styled the scattered straw fringe on the edges for a long time. Coupled with that pair of brown-and-white fox ears, when wearing them, you need to hide the hair clips well while ensuring they won't easily fall off. As for the wig, pink blunt bangs paired with a braided pigtail tied on one side, secured with a blue-green hair tie, make the overall look much more lively. Of course, what cannot be missing is that huge fluffy tail; although it's a bit heavy to pick up, when standing next to the swim ring or sitting on a beach chair, its presence is fully maximized. This time, the eye makeup specially used yellowish-green contact lenses, paired with pink eyeshadow and lengthened false eyelashes, mainly to fit Tamamo no Mae's alluring vibe with fox-spirit attributes. Highlighter was applied to the apple of the cheeks, and combined with pink lip gloss, the overall makeup looks very translucent.
During the shooting process, the cooperation of props was also quite interesting. That blue-and-white striped parasol is actually quite heavy; holding it with one hand while posing relaxed still made my arms a bit sore. The little yellow duck, ice cream model, and speaker on the small table were all meant to add a sense of everyday life to the frame. To showcase the character's playfulness, I tried poses like resting my chin on both hands, making a peace sign with one hand, and using a gold card to block my forehead while winking. Clothing made of transparent materials requires special attention in lighting; the photographer kept adjusting the light positions to avoid excessive reflection leading to unclear patterns. The blue water droplet and orange little fox-head prints on the cover-up were captured very clearly under this lighting. The blue wedge sandals on my feet, paired with red starfish decorations, echoed the starfish bracelet on my hand. A lot of thought went into setting up the entire studio, from the inflatable swim ring to the yellow-and-white striped beach chair, and the pink flower air cushion in the corner, all to create a complete summer vacation scene. The big tail is fixed behind the waist via a hidden belt; because of its large volume, one needs to constantly pay attention to the center of gravity while shooting. I hope that when everyone looks at the pictures, they can also feel this relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, just like really sunbathing by the seaside.
