This red and white outfit felt richly textured the moment I received it. The outer layer of translucent white gauze heavily tested the use of light during shooting; fortunately, the photographer captured the luminous translucency of light refracting through the light gauze. The combination of red and white inherently delivers a classical and bright visual impact, which, paired with the wooden screen and red sheer drapes in the background, created an ambiance brimming with Classical style photography aesthetics.

During the shoot, we experimented with different angles. When sitting on the chair, I deliberately tilted my body to showcase leg lines and create a more elongated composition. The high-angle perspective in the first shot demanded high precision in facial control—balancing an ethereal gaze while controlling muscle tension, especially since the costume features a backless and leg-revealing design, requiring continuous attention to an upright posture.

When portraying Zhen Hai in this Anime cosplay, the utmost focus was on her composure and elegance. Whether it was the positioning of my fingers or the look in my eyes when glancing back, everything required meticulous refinement without feeling overly forced, finding that exact balance. The studio lighting was also very well thought out; the diffuse light reflected off the red drapes made the skin look even more radiant and clear, while the fair base lighting and red colored contacts sharply accentuated 3D facial contours.

The shooting took quite a long time that day, and continuously adjusting poses in this traditional Chinese classical setting was physically demanding, but seeing the final photos made all the effort worthwhile. In styling, the red eyeshadow and tassel headpieces complemented each other beautifully, aiming to recreate the character's charm to the fullest. Although we encountered small challenges—such as tidying the voluminous light gauze, adjusting hair strands, and finding the perfect camera presence fitting the character's persona—the process of collaborating with the team to deliver the best visuals was truly enjoyable in itself. I hope this photoshoot also brings a wonderful visual experience to the audience.
