From the moment I received the "Ode to Flowers" themed costume for this shoot, I was filled with anticipation. The entire outfit is based on a main color palette of white and light purple, with soft colors that perfectly match Elysia's ethereal and romantic temperament. After getting the actual item, what surprised me the most was the design of those tiny details—the light purple roses on the headpiece are not rigid models, but possess a certain luster and depth, paired with a long, transparent white veil that looks truly ethereal when the wind blows. The fabric of the costume is also very sophisticated: the outer layer is made of extremely lightweight thin gauze, and the inner lining material is very skin-friendly, maintaining great wearing comfort even after shooting for a long time. The pair of white feather decorations on the shoulders is a crowning touch, adding a bit of playfulness and agility to the overall look.

On the day of the shoot, we chose a photography studio primarily featuring white Gothic arches and a large amount of floral arrangements. The sunlight was perfect that day, spilling in through the arches to cast a very soft filter over the entire frame. This time, the photographer used a Sony A7M5 paired with a 24-70mm F2.8 GM II lens. This combination delivers extremely powerful performance in indoor portrait photography, especially with the background bokeh effect under a large aperture, which perfectly separated me from the sea of flowers behind me, highlighting the figure while preserving that dreamlike sense of atmosphere. We experimented with multiple different angles and poses, combining both the elegance of holding a bouquet and the gentleness of looking back over the shoulder. The wink and finger-heart in the second image was a candid capture during a break between scene transitions; the atmosphere was very relaxed back then, and I felt that natural flow of playfulness highly matched the character's traits, so it was preserved in the final selection. As for the one lying in the sea of flowers, it was an attempt right before packing up at the end. Honestly, lying on a ground covered with flowers and fluffy blankets is not easy—you have to find the right posture while paying attention to how the skirt hem spreads out—but seeing the quiet and beautiful effect in the final snapshots made all the hard work worthwhile at that moment. This costume combined with the makeup makes for a rather complex overall styling. The hairstyle features a light pink long straight wig, trimmed with bangs suitable for my face shape, and combined with elf pointed ears and light purple contact lenses, striving to stay close to an elf-like texture even in facial features. Throughout the shooting process, the team was constantly helping to adjust the skirt hem and veil to ensure every single fold was in its most beautiful position. This was a highly dedicated and fulfilling sea of flowers photo shoot, and I hope everyone likes the gentle and bright moment presented in this collection of works.
