The final photos for Aria's 'Angels of Delusion' look are finally sorted out. The preparation for this shoot took a very long time; I wrote many specific planning proposals regarding the '404' performance and frequently went through repeated rehearsals and alignment with Chinatsu and Minamiya. The wishing bottle in the photos is already almost filled to the brim with colorful jelly beans, and when the tiny lights inside the jar light up with a warm yellow glow, it always makes me think of the feeling of standing under the stage spotlights. A lot of thought was put into restoring the costume and props—from the pink twin tails highlighted with blue hair to the black stripes and mechanical pupil elements on the skirt hem, everything does its best to match the character's temperament. To capture that cyberpunk yet dreamy tone of the character, we specially selected a venue with ring lights and a blue neon corridor. Especially that full-body wide shot, inside the path where light and shadow intertwine, the overall visual tension pops out instantly. Making props, writing plans, and having to control expressions and movements indeed consumes a lot of energy, but the moment I put on the headphones and hugged the heavy candy jar, I felt all the effort paid off, as if genuinely walking into that world. There are still a few sets of Aria photo backlogs in different styles that will be slowly sorted out later. I hope these images allow everyone to feel the unique energy of this 'Angel of Delusion' and the serious attitude toward the character and the work.
