[Arlecchino cosplay] "The Father" of the House of the Hearth: Cold Ruthlessness with a Touch of Elegance

This set of client photos for Genshin Impact Arlecchino cosplay is finally sorted out. Regarding this photoshoot, the preparation process was actually far more complex than imagined. During makeup testing, I kept pondering her aura—as the 'Father' of the House of the Hearth, that aloof, ruthless, yet subtly playful nuance had to be conveyed through makeup and gaze. The wig was silver-white, paired with red eyes and deep black-and-red eye makeup, instantly maximizing the overall atmosphere.

The costume has abundant details, especially the metal splicing parts on the chest and back with refined stitching, taking quite some time to put on. To match the character's haughty aura, we specifically chose two setups: a pure white background studio shoot and a dark chain backdrop. The pure white background was meant to highlight the tailored cut and intricate details of the costume, while the chains combined with red backlighting created an oppressive intensity, closely matching her unfathomable crimson aura.

I must mention the giant Scythe prop in my hands. While it looks exceptionally cool, holding it was truly heavy and had an unstable center of gravity, requiring constant posture adjustments to make the scythe look effortlessly wielded yet lethal. After several sequences of poses, my arms were aching, but seeing the final photos made all the effort worthwhile. Because the character design features black tights (Black tights cosplay) and red leg ornaments, we also optimized the lighting along the leg lines during the shoot to make them appear more slender. Finally, a big thank you to the photographers and stylists—looking forward to collaborating again!
