When shooting this set of Bai Feng, we specially chose a traditional washitsu as the scene. The wooden sliding doors, paper lanterns, and the cherry blossom branches in the background restore that sense of Eastern profound mystery from the game quite well. The costume details of Bai Feng are very sophisticated; from the semi-sheer white outerwear to the black inner lining trim, and then to the choker on the neck and the styling of the headpiece, precise replications were made. The wig is a long straight style; because of the massive volume of hair, several fans were specially used during the studio shoot to create a fluttering effect.

This time, the lighting adopted an alternating cold and warm setup: blue cold light and white light highlight her inherent coolness and ethereal feel, while the red lanterns and warm-toned light sources in the background add depth to the frame. Holding that cluster of red flowers serves as the crowning touch within the entire pure white color scheme, making the visual contrast pop out instantly. Bai Feng's setting originally possesses a composed yet slightly mysterious temperament, so during the shoot, I mainly guided some relaxed, natural sitting and leaning postures without doing particularly exaggerated physical poses. I believe that cosplay is not just about wearing the right clothes, but more importantly, about finding that unique sense of atmosphere belonging to the character. I really like the quiet yet slightly detached look in the final photos. I hope to preserve Bai Feng's beauty through the language of photography within this small washitsu.
