For this "The tiger's roar stirs up the wind" themed shoot, I chose to use the White Tiger Girl Riko persona to interpret a unique vibe that blends traditional Chinese style with an anime Kemono girl. The core of the entire look lies in capturing that fleeting moment of agility in the moonlit setting through a black, white, and gold color scheme paired with fluffy accessories.

Actually, when we first decided on this theme, I communicated with the photography team that we wanted to tone down the heavy feel of traditional martial arts (wuxia), retain the "every bush and tree looks like an enemy soldier" tension inherent in "The tiger's roar stirs up the wind", while injecting the playfulness and slight laziness unique to a white tiger Kemono girl.

Every single item I wore this time went through multiple styling trials. Those huge golden bells are actually the highlight of the entire look; they not only echo the cuteness of the white twin tails but also add a touch of visual dynamism. The black and gold halter neck tight top outlines the silhouette while featuring an incredibly cute cat-paw badge for extra moe points. Meanwhile, the fluffy white sleeves paired with the white plush rug soften my overall outline, perfectly fitting the Kemono girl setting. To keep the lower body from looking monotonous, I chose white thigh-high socks adorned with red rope knots, which was a little touch to add more detail.

The scene designer did an absolute masterpiece blending the moon gate, a faux moon, and calligraphy banners, creating an artistic conception that merges reality and illusion. In terms of props, the alternating use of the round silk fan and the folding fan was meant to match different body languages. For example, when holding the round fan, I would slightly tilt my shoulders to project a lazy and relaxed state; when gripping the black folding fan, I straightened my back a bit to showcase a hint of the White Tiger Girl's sharpness. Sitting on the plush daybed with a pair of just-removed little black heels placed by my feet was actually a very casual touch, adding a bit of daily life realism next to these traditional Chinese elements so the scene wouldn't look overly staged.

For the makeup, I opted for a warm base combined with elongated eyeliner and light purplish-red eyeshadow to create a feral charm and sense of mystery. The long white wig was well-managed this time without being too messy. Complemented by the bell pendants on both sides, the photogenic effect left almost no bad angles to worry about. However, precisely because the wig is extremely long and the tiny yellow flowers on the sleeves fall off easily, I had to constantly pay attention to keeping the props tidy when changing poses, which was quite a sweet burden.

This shoot was actually quite physically demanding because I had to maintain a poised posture in the outfit for a long time, while frequently shifting sitting positions between the wooden daybed, plush cushions, and the floor. Sometimes, to capture the exact split second when the fan perfectly blocked the moon, we repeated the same sequence of movements many times. The photographer's shutter clicks and the slightly dim, warm lighting inside the set formed this quiet and focused afternoon. When the final photos came out and I saw the White Tiger Girl naturally blending with those small details (like the red string on the ankle) against the backdrop of drifting calligraphy and paintings, I felt immensely satisfied. In fact, the most charming part of cosplay is that through characters and themes, you can create a fantasy micro-world completely your own, allowing those antique aesthetics and anime dreams\u2014which are out of reach in daily life\u2014to be eternalized within a single lens.
