Bringing Momoi Saiba to life for this Blue Archive showcase meant dedicating substantial attention to wardrobe and hair styling. The blonde twintail wig was chosen for its airy, voluminous texture; preserving its three-dimensional silhouette required generous structural hairspray, while continuously monitoring frizz under the studio lights. The contact lenses took countless trials before settling on a vivid pink pair that imparted crystal-clear luminescence to my gaze. The feline ears mounted on the headband and the plush black tail affixed to the rear of the dress were vital elements—the tail was tied with two pink elastic bands, demanding constant adjustments while sitting or shifting postures to avoid crushing its shape.

The deep navy long-sleeved dress was tailored from structured, crisp fabric, anchored by a crisp white turned-down collar and an oversized electric-blue bow across the chest, draped beneath an ivory apron to build rich visual tiers. Pairing over-the-knee White stockings with classic black loafers brought the full character design to completion. Collaborating with photographer Alarak, we opted for a stark white cyclorama. While a seamless white background is pristine, it demands strict lighting precision; any oversight will flatten garment contours and shadow depth. We continuously tweaked the light modifiers to preserve the natural drapes of the navy fabric and the soft satin sheen of the white pinafore.

The seated pose atop the white cylindrical plinth in the first shot was improvised on set, aiming to project that signature blend of mischievous playfulness and subtle poise unique to Momoi. Leaning slightly forward, looping my right fingers through the heel of the removed black loafer with crossed legs required firm core balance, all while maintaining a calm, unforced facial expression. Angling the legs just right allowed the hemline and over-the-knee stockings to carve out an appealing absolute territory, translating vibrantly onto camera.

The second setup explored a classic standing stance: hands propped along the waistline to define abdominal curves, turning three-quarters to let the black tail drape down naturally and present the full structural silhouette. Depressing the shoulders and straightening the spine ensured the navy skirts hung with clean verticality rather than appearing bulky. Tilting my head slightly toward the lens locked ocular focus right onto the camera center, where the pink lenses projected cheerful self-assurance.
