Sanfen Wangxiang's Luo Tianyi cosplay outfit leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to tailoring. Trying it on today, my biggest impression is how crisp and clean the cuts are. The X-line cinched waist cut flatters the body shape beautifully. Rather than looking bulky, the multi-layered girdle structure at the waist accentuates the waistline wonderfully. Combining brown leather-textured fabric with black woven cords and green stitching accents creates strong visual layering, while remaining comfortable around the midsection with plenty of movement room.
The chest ornament carries satisfying weight—a silver metallic-look wing design inlaid with a textured green disc at the center and a white faux-pearl pendant hanging below. Paired with a strand of teal bead necklace along the neckline and a silver bow on the collar, the details are maxed out. The main top fabric is a lake-green shade with subtle jacquard patterns on closer inspection; it feels smooth yet structured with a solid weight rather than feeling flimsy. The sleeve design is particularly striking: wide green sleeves edged with black piping on the outside, and cascading pink tulle ruffles extending from the inside. This bold color contrast and material collision infuse the entire outfit with girlish charm and airy lightness.
The skirt continues the design language of a green outer layer over inner pink tulle. The bottom hem of the outer green skirt features a metallic silver wave trim that adds a unique tactile dimension. Both sides of the belt hang pink Chinese knotwork and golden bells that chime softly as you walk. The included long grey wig comes pre-styled with looped hair buns pointing upward, which, combined with forehead bead tassels and hair ornaments, offers an incredible silhouette. Although the hair volume is dense and takes a little time to comb through, the smooth, tangle-free strands make styling smooth and convenient.
Overall, Sanfen Wangxiang used exceptionally solid materials for both fabrics and hardware accessories in this outfit, completely free of cheap plastic feel. Fusing Chinese-style design with 2D anime elements renders the overall look gorgeous without being overly ornate—this Try-on haul for the Cosplay outfit exceeded my expectations.
