[Cheshire Cosplay] Azur Lane Cheshire's Dazzling Music, Firefly ACG Expo Outdoor Snapshots

On New Year's Day at Firefly ACG Expo D1 outdoor venue, taking the street in Cheshire's Dazzling Music outfit, this gown for Cheshire truly has a great stage presence. The deep blue satin combined with gold piping and tassels, plus the texture of the plush shawl, creates very rich layers under natural light. The wig was specially made with mint green highlights on the bangs to echo the blue flower decoration on the side of the hat.

Outdoor shooting is harder to control lighting than indoors, but the soft light in the evening actually allowed the dark details of the costume to be preserved much better. Holding the Manjuu cat-headed helm prop added a sense of interaction. When posing, I paid attention to letting the hat brim and arm lines form a stable triangular composition. The outdoor atmosphere was very lively; being able to walk around outside the convention wearing my favorite character is a very happy thing in itself.

This time, I tried a more serene shooting style without exaggerated flashlights, mainly relying on natural diffused light to highlight the character's expressions and makeup details. The lace patterns on the scarf and gloves are also very clear in the close-ups. Although the wind made the hat netting flutter a bit, it unexpectedly added a touch of liveliness. As an Azur Lane player, it brings a huge sense of fulfillment to restore this music-themed look for Cheshire.
