[Sunohara Kokona Cosplay] Blue Archive Firefly D3 Street Shoot Record

My schedule for Firefly D3 this time was packed, but taking advantage of the wonderful afternoon sunlight, I still dragged the photographer out to the streets surrounding the exhibition hall for an outdoor shoot. Choosing this spot was actually because the orange traffic cones and metal railings by the roadside carry a great sense of daily life, forming a nice contrast with the character's own playful yet slightly aloof temperament. The wig was smoothed out way in advance to achieve this sleek drape, and the cat ears and small hat on top of the head were fixed quite firmly, preventing them from going askew when running around. The fine stripes on the costume and the sapphire blue bow tie serve as the visual focus of the entire outfit, especially that star button, for which customized accessories were specifically sourced to restore details. The white tights and black strappy high heels are a highly eye-catching part of this match, and during the shoot, I intentionally adjusted my standing and kneeling postures to elongate the leg lines.

The photographer's snapshot rhythm was excellent; the shot of lifting a leg over by the railing was actually an accidental dynamic snapshot, and I didn't expect the center of gravity to be controlled just right. The one kneeling on a single knee is the one I personally find most camera-friendly, because my gaze can naturally communicate with the lens, and the lace on the gloves and cuffs shows clear layers under the light and shadow. The scariest thing about an outdoor shoot is the wig being messed up by the wind, so I remained mindful of the wind direction throughout the process, occasionally needing the assistant to help block it with a reflector on the side. The makeup was kept as clean and translucent as possible, and the selected golden colored contact lenses happened to echo the yellow of the star wand. Although the flow of people inside the exhibition hall was huge that day, these few corners of this white tights outdoor shoot were instead very serene, and the photo-taking efficiency was unexpectedly high. I hope this set of photos can present that lightweight yet slightly magical state of the character in this cosplay record.
