I prepared this red and white interwoven outfit for Erii from "Dragon Raja." When setting the visual tone, I always wanted to bring a hint of brokenness into the tranquility to echo the character's complex inner world. Red hair is one of the character's most distinctive features. The texture presented under the lens is very delicate, and combined with the matching red folding fan, it well outlines her restrained and slightly melancholic personality. This work is also a part of my participation in the 2D Vision Project.
During the on-site shooting, I paid special attention to the dynamic performance of the clothing. The arc presented when the red skirt rotates is crucial; this is not only for visual aesthetics but also to restore the poetic flow of beauty. Under the illumination of different light and shadow, the visual impact produced by the contrast of red and white is very strong, yet it maintains an overall harmony and unity. This cosplay feels more like a deep resonance with the character for me, and every detail polished is to make Erii more vivid under the lens. The process of constantly pursuing restoration in front of the lens is also my purest happiness as a coser. I hope this set of works can bring the dreamlike atmosphere of Erii to every viewer and lead you into that fantasy world belonging to Dragon Raja.
