[Wang Zhaojun cosplay] Ice and Snow Theme Styling Convention Check-in

This time at the offline convention event of the Honor of Kings National Competition, I brought Wang Zhaojun's ice and snow theme styling to the scene. To restore that cold and noble feeling, the preliminary preparation really took a lot of thought.

Let's talk about the costume first. The overall design is blue and white, with a large amount of white furry material used on the shoulders and skirt hem. Although it looks full of winter atmosphere, wearing it for a long time in an indoor environment like a shopping mall is still quite hot. To maintain the crispness of the costume, quite a few supporting structures were made in the inner layer. The metal decoration on the chest and the snowflake accessories at the waist are all customized, trying to stick to the original artwork design as much as possible in terms of details. The materials of the gloves and sleeves are relatively tight-fitting, making movement slightly restrictive, but these can be overcome for the sake of the visual effect.

The wig is bright blue long straight hair, paired with a white furry crown and a metal forehead ornament on top. To prevent the wig from looking frizzy, it was groomed with care solution for a long time before going out, and the hair ends were also styled accordingly. In terms of makeup, to match the overall cool tone, blue-toned eyeshadow and contact lenses were used for the eye makeup, and the base makeup was kept as clean and translucent as possible to highlight an ice-and-snow feel.

The staff in hand is definitely the highlight of this time. The crystal at the top of the staff is made of acrylic material, surrounded by silver metal strips. Holding the actual object in hand is actually quite heavy, plus the staff itself is quite long, so I always needed to pay attention to my center of gravity during shooting to avoid standing unsteadily. On my feet, I wore blue glossy high heels, paired with Gradient stockings cosplay, and there was also a white snowflake decoration on the outside of the thighs. I had to be extra careful when walking for fear that the stockings would get torn.

Many players who love Honor of Kings came to the scene, and it was really happy to meet so many like-minded people in reality. Quite a few people recognized the character I portrayed and came over to take convention photos together. Everyone communicated about the operations and insights in the game, and this feeling of breaking the dimensional wall was very magical. Although standing all day in high heels made the soles of my feet a bit sore, seeing the texture of light and shadow hitting the furry edges in the final photos made all the hard work worth it.
