The layering of Dahlia's costume is indeed extremely rich, especially the heavy pleats and ruffles on the upper body. The material's true texture is difficult to fully capture through the lens, heavily relying on light and shadow to shape a three-dimensional contour. This super wide-brimmed dress hat is absolute the soul of the entire styling, but it also brought considerable challenges to the shooting; after wearing it, vision was obstructed, and finding angles on the stairs basically relied on groping and the photographer's guidance. Matching the sharp black nail design on the gloves, certain hand gestures were deliberately chosen to enhance the frame's tension. The scene setup utilized a vintage birdcage and a white carved photo frame, combined with the stairs' inherent sense of depth, making it very photogenic. Lighting with purple light sources requires exquisite technique; too strong and it washes out the costume's details, too weak and it fails to bring out that eerie yet gorgeous atmosphere, requiring multiple adjustments to achieve the ideal effect.

To present the best visual effect, the choice of costume material is crucial. The white satin fabric reflects brilliantly under strong light, supporting the garment's framework. The high-slit white long skirt particularly highlights leg lines when walking and squatting; that casual yet slightly dangerous posture in the first photo was actually achieved after adjusting muscle exertion for a long time on the hard steps, pointing the instep for a long while to make the legs look longer and the lines smooth. The use of tulle drapes is key to increasing dynamic feel, utilizing a blower to make the white gauze soar in the air, matching the purple light to create a psychedelic stage feel while also increasing the frame's layering and sense of extension. In terms of makeup, deep eye makeup paired with vintage red lips just counters the airy lightness brought by the large area of white costume, making the overall temperament closer to the character's mysterious setting. This photoshoot happened to coincide with the event theme of dancing with beasts before the moonrise, hoping to bring everyone a different visual experience; creating the overall atmospheric vibe was also the most painstaking part of this shoot.

In the detail processing of props, the combination of white tulle and the birdcage conveys an oppositional sense of bondage and freedom. During the shoot, continuous attempts were made to have the white tulle wrap around the body or utilize the wind to make them flutter lightly in the air, breaking the dullness of the frame. In fact, this costume is quite heavy to wear, especially with the overlapping layers of decorations, so special attention to posture was required when striking poses, ensuring shoulders were open and the waist and back were straight. Overall, this photoshoot spent a lot of effort exploring light, shadow, and composition, hoping to perfectly present this gorgeous yet slightly dark style.
