The process of shooting Evanescia this time was very smooth, because the details of this outfit and props are really rich, and the photo output effect is fully maximized. This costume has a very strong sense of layers, with a white long-sleeved top paired with a dark blue pleated skirt. The red bow tie and ribbons are particularly eye-catching during combat actions. The outer spliced dark blue and red jacket features golden lines and cherry blossom embroidery on the edges, and the texture is needless to say.
When shooting this set of pictures, I focused on pondering the elusive agility of the main DPS of the Path of Elation. The long sword in my hand is the soul of the entire set of photos; the white scabbard paired with the red blade and cherry blossom patterns makes me feel completely in character just by holding it. To reflect the tension of the actions, the photographer Shiyu had me try quite a few jumping and half-squatting poses. There is a shot of me jumping up with a slice of bread in my mouth, which was actually improvised on the spot to add a bit of daily playfulness. There is also a photo of being held by the bunny-ear hair accessory, which has a very strong sense of interaction and a special contrast moe.
In terms of clothing matching, this time I wore semi-transparent tights and black lace-up short boots, with a cute pink plush doll hanging around the waist. To capture the flowing feel of hair and clothes, many actions were shot many times, and jumping back and forth wearing platform boots is indeed quite physically draining. However, the light, shadow, and colors in the final photos are very transparent, and the white background sets off the pink hair and the red-and-white weapon very cleanly and neatly.
Regarding this set of pictures, there are a few points that must be emphasized. The photographer this time is Shiyu, and the model is myself. Post-processing secondary editing must have my consent. The pictures are absolutely not allowed for commercial use, nor are they allowed to be fed into AI training without permission. Except for myself and the photographer, anything seen on other platforms is stolen images, and reposting is not allowed.
I am very satisfied with being able to express the character's lively yet slightly mysterious atmosphere. Every time I try different exertion points for action reference, it is to make the character setting more three-dimensional. I hope everyone can feel this dedication after viewing this set of action references and the cosplay photoshoot.
