[Da Qiao cosplay] Honor of Kings Time Journey, reuniting with you in the cracks of time

To restore this "Time Journey" look, I put a lot of thought into the material selection of the costume. Especially the white and gold skirt hem, which must have that light and flowing texture, showing an excellent drape when spinning. To match Da Qiao's elegant yet slightly mysterious temperament, I leaned towards cool tones for the makeup, emphasizing the agility in the eyes and striving to align highly with the character's demeanor. The lighting arrangement at the shooting site was also crucial; through cool-toned side lighting and backlighting, we simulated a hazy atmosphere of traveling through the cracks of time. The polishing of every detail is meant to make this character more vital in front of the lens. For such a high-difficulty look, the restoration of the costume truly tests one's skills, especially the metallic texture of the accessories and the flowing effect of the long hair in motion, which must remain coordinated from different angles. At the moment the shutter was pressed, it felt like I really captured Da Qiao's agility in the cracks of time. Seeing Da Qiao's calm and determined posture in the final product, I felt that all the previous polishing was worth it. This creative process from character archetype to true restoration is exactly what I love the most.
