The wig styling for this Tonight no more look took more time than anticipated. To create that fluffy sense of layering with braided hair details, the angle of the bow and tulle accessories on top of the head needed to be adjusted repeatedly to give them a lightweight drape in front of the camera. For the eye makeup, I intentionally deepened the blending of the lower eyeshadow, paired with light-colored contact lenses, to get closer to the character's slightly sickly and misty gaze. The lace neck accessory and the ruffled cuffs on the wrists were all secured by hand piece by piece. To prevent the flower ornaments from looking bulky, fine wires were used inside to support the shape. During the shoot, the side backlighting created a warm halo along the edges of the golden hair strands, perfectly matching the warm-toned dreamy atmosphere of this Tonight no more skin. Actually, the matte texture of this makeup is highly light-dependent; we tested the position of the reflector on-site several times before successfully bringing out the facial dimensions. As a player of this role-playing game who participated in both the photography and styling, I feel the fun of cosplay lies in turning a flat design into a breathing existence. Deliberating over every minor detail makes the character more vivid. In this set of photos, I adjusted the skin tone and soft-light effects while preserving the wig textures and fabric folds, hoping everyone can experience the unique temperament of this skin.
