To highlight her aloof and distant nature, the hair and makeup combined blue contact lenses, a mole under the corner of her eye, and a pure White wig. The wig was styled into a high long ponytail, accented with blue-and-white wing hair accessories and tassel earrings; due to the immense hair volume, simply adjusting hair strand directions and positioning the hairpieces took considerable time.
The outfit centered on an off-the-shoulder top made from pearlescent fabric that reveals distinct textural depth under top lighting. Deep blue piping and a wide white waist-cincher fitted smoothly, while the lower skirt fabric was lightweight with fine, glittering shimmer that shifted dynamically with light as I moved or caught a breeze. Featuring the character's insignia print across the chest, the overall tailoring remained sleek and sharp.
The most satisfying prop this time was definitely the glowing ice blade. The hilt and scabbard used white diamond-pattern wrapping tape, while the blade embedded LED strip lights to emit smooth, even illumination. To harmonize with this cool light source, on-set lighting intentionally lowered ambient color temperature down to Cool tones, surrounding the model with dry-ice smoke. As smoke swirled around my waist and blade edge, the freezing texture and character's ice-element lore instantly materialized.
When shooting emissive props like this, balancing the light ratio is actually quite tricky—one must allow the blade's blue glow to pierce through without washing out facial lighting. Thus, key light positions underwent several fine adjustments to preserve soft light across the face and chest, letting highlights rest along collarbones and shoulders to yield a luminous skin texture in Cosplay photography.

Practically speaking, capturing a sharp yet controlled unsheathing stance required deliberate practice with grip force and wrist positioning so that hand strength wouldn't distort the hilt alignment. Given her distant appearance, I emptied my expression before the camera, locking my focus along the optical axis to yield the frozen, icy composure seen here.
Post-processing didn't involve complex color grading—mainly unifying white balance and slightly crushing shadows, letting the dark backdrop elevate the white and blue subjects into stark relief.
