The weather was highly cooperative when shooting this Elysia look. Although the World Line Anime Convention venue was bustling with people coming and going, the photographer used a large aperture to help me cleverly avoid the chaotic environment, turning the scattered light points in the background into deep and shallow circular blurry circles, which significantly upgraded the texture of this set of photos.

Regarding this styling, there are a few details I want to share with everyone. First is the wig; this pink short hair style needs to be combed smooth before wearing, with meticulous teasing done at the crown and sides, paired with neat bangs that fit the face shape, so that the overall look appears naturally fluffy and doesn't look like a rigid wig cap. The blue colored contact lenses are the visual core of the entire makeup, paired with subtle pearlescent light-colored eyeshadow and well-defined eyelashes, maintaining a clear and spirited gaze under the relatively bright convention lighting. The costume is a black off-the-shoulder gown adorned with fine golden chains at the neckline. Through the combination of dark tones and metallic elements, it forms a very comfortable cool-toned complement with the pink hair and blue eyes.

The bouquet held in my hand was also personally selected and matched by me, using pale pink roses and white filler flowers wrapped in translucent ribbons, specifically highlighting the area from the neckline to the face. In picture two and picture three, you might notice a detail: a very common transparent fixing clip was used at the shoulder. This kind of small prop is extremely practical in complex venues like anime conventions, ensuring that the outfit maintains its ideal shape at all times to prevent accidental exposure or slipping from affecting the frame.

The most interesting part of the shooting process was the lighting ratio on site. The overhead lighting in the exhibition hall was very intense, causing obvious harsh light bleeding and glowing around the edges of my hair and shoulders. Although it added some difficulty to post-production adjustments, it unexpectedly fit the tone of this pink dreamy style perfectly. When setting up the lights, the photographer specifically used frontal-side lighting to outline facial features while retaining the background aperture blur, giving the entire photo both clear facial features and a dreamy bokeh environment.

Regarding the nuance of character expression, I hoped to convey a gentle yet firm feeling through natural gazes and subtle expressions. Therefore, I didn't deliberately make too many exaggerated body movements, but focused on capturing relaxed states when turning back or showing a profile look. Even though the venue was noisy, once I was completely immersed in the shooting environment, everything around seemed blurred out, leaving only myself, the lens, and the bouquet in hand.

Although this set of photos was completed in a highly restricted convention environment, the final presentation is satisfying and preserves many real light and shadow details without over-smoothing. Compared to studio shoots, this kind of work carrying a natural documentary flavor possesses more vivid presence, making it deeply memorable.
