This time, I shot a set of Ganyu photos at Guqin Terrace, Wuhan. The pairing of ancient architecture and water scenes truly fits the atmosphere of Liyue perfectly. This costume has a lot of details, especially the bell on the chest and the gradient colors on the cuffs; to restore the character's texture, a lot of thought went into the fabrics and accessories. In terms of hairstyling, the wig was specially given a gradient treatment, paired with the small red horns on top of the head, hoping to present a more agile feel. An oil-paper umbrella was chosen as a prop during the shoot, which not only echoes the character's immortal aura but also casts shadows under the light that make the image layers richer. Photographer Han fufu handled the lighting and composition with extreme precision, utilizing the corridor bridges, rockeries, and greenery of Guqin Terrace to create that peaceful yet slightly mysterious Chinese-style photography mood. Although walking around outdoors in platform high heels and a bodysuit was somewhat inconvenient, it was completely worth adjusting the positions back and forth repeatedly to achieve a better result. The makeup this time leaned towards soft and clear, focusing primarily on the reddish blending of the eye makeup to make the expression look more gentle and focused. Standing on the bridge holding the umbrella at that moment, it felt as if a gentle breeze was truly brushing through my hair strands. This kind of outdoor location shooting highly tests both the photographer's guidance and the model's on-the-spot performance, and I hope everyone can feel my dedication to this character.
